I see your point on most of the season, but the ABSOLUTE Greed of all those people not playing their idol is insane to me (Worst by far being Tiff) ... Had Q played the idol when he said he was, I think he would have won, but i digress. One big question I had about the finale was about Liz, I feel like I missed something but she was probably the last person of the final 4 that expected to win. Why was she so confident and why did at least Ben see her as the biggest threat?

Don't worry about what others say about it man. If you like it that's all that matters. I enjoyed it as well. Its nothing spectacular but I also find the whole "Star Wars detective" vibe to be pretty entertaining.

Honestly every season in the New Era are garbage.

This is one of the worst takes on 46. Charlie did NOT play a better game. He was in Marias pocket til the final 6 and then voted for the people Kenzie and Liz would have voted for anyway. Kenzie convinced THREE people not to use their idols and that was the biggest story of the season. Maria owed Charlie NOTHING. She knew him less than a month and he just assumed he would win by putting her on the jury. I actually found his pouting and post game attitude to be childish. He deserved to lose on so many levels and Kenzies outstanding social game, mixed with winning two immunities and her ability to make people think their safe, was by far the more interesting game. You have to take your blinders off. Just because the person you wanted to win didnt, doesnt mean they deserved to, or that a juror is at fault for voting with their heart.

Same, I liked Maria until FTC. And Q repeatedly saying “you better cancel Christmas” was hilarious 😆 especially since I never heard that saying before

if you haven’t seen it yet the Motion Comic of The Watchmen is a good way to experience the original work. It’s better than the film imo. I agree with your rating of this and the HBO series btw.

I was worried it would be overhyped for me, because I didn’t love the first part. This movie blew me away on every level! It is a spectacle of effects, it is was enthralling with its story and characters, and developed this world even more. A masterclass in sci-fi filmmaking. I was floored. It also flew by for me as well, it was paced to near perfection. Great review! Congrats on 200 subs 🎉 Keep making videos 👍

Am I the only one who isn't interested in your channel? I'm probably the only one because I'm not a fan, I know that's probably blasphemy. Especially someone my age, but I don't think this channel looks good. Maybe just because I don't like review channels, this channel probably won't get a sub from me. Yeah, I actually liked it. There were inaccuracies, especially when it came to costuming, and they missed a lot of things out to fit into six episodes, but it was enjoyable and mostly pretty accurate, especially compared to 'Gladiator'. If you have not seen it already, you should check out 'Fall of The Roman Empire', a 1960s movie that covers the same period.

I agree, Marvel's Spider Man 2 may have been a better game overall but the story is the only thing that the first one got that's better. Although story is great for Marvel's Spider Man 2. But everything else is way better in Marvel's Spider Man 2. I love it so much. (9.5/10)

In almost all interviews with Isayama he said that the ending was planned from the start, but when questioned on why he didn't change directions with the negative direction the story was taking he just said that he had it planned from the start. I think the AOT is the perfect example of someone outgrowing their art because Isayama has grown to despise AOT, tbf a lot changes over 14 years. So def goes to show how detrimental predeterminism, one of the main ideas in AOT, is.

Of the thousands upon thousands of UA-cam videos, I’ve watched over the years. This is by far the least number of views of any video I’ve ever seen.

*No spoilers here.* MAESTRO is one of those biopics where the great performances and well-crafted production values can't overcome the superficial approach, resulting in the viewer feeling indifferent. Seriously, watching it is one of the emptiest experiences I've had all year! With A STAR IS BORN, co-writer/director Bradley Cooper could "afford" to not present the musical performances in a stylized way, since the songs were original. It ended up being for the better, because the focus was on the different emotions the characters were feeling during those moments. This movie shows how passionate and intense Leonard Bernstein would get when conducting an orchestra, but it doesn't have the same effect in a story (it’s based on true events, but it’s still a dramatization) that's not trying to be raw. The world has heard these compositions before, so combining them with cinematic techniques in a creative way is expected. Instead, the movie uses them as a crotch. As if playing this pre-existing music (diegetically or not) was enough to make each scene work. 4/10
